Booking Appointments

Treatment reservations can be made by contacting us directly on 01285 851490, emailing us [email protected] at or by using our Online Booking System. We strongly recommend booking your treatments in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment is available and to avoid disappointment as we do get very busy.

All our treatments include a consultation and aftercare advice, we therefore recommend you arrive five minutes prior to your first appointment to allow time to complete the compulsory health questionnaire. Arriving late will only deprive you of precious time of your treatment!

Late Arrivals

Should you arrive late for your treatment we will do our best to honour your full treatment time however it may be necessary to shorten or cancel your appointment for the consideration of other clients.

Cancellation Policy

Clients who wish to cancel or re-schedule their appointment are kindly requested to provide twenty-four hours notice or regrettably the full cost of treatment/s will be charged. Deposits made during online bookings are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another treatment, if rearranging withing 24 hours notice. Clients can notify us via telephone or email or if we are closed, just leave us a message. Regrettably full charges will be imposed for ‘no shows’.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for any monetary value or beauty treatment. These can be purchased at reception or via email, and ultimately solve the ‘what to buy’ dilemma for that special occasion, anniversary surprise, birthday treat or just because you care. Vouchers can be exchanged for treatments and/or products.

We also stock a wide range of professional beauty products which make ideal presents for loved ones. If you are struggling to find the right product we will be delighted to offer you a complimentary FaceMapping Skin analysis and provide tailored product information to ensure you choose the perfect gift.

Parking

We are pleased to offer all of our clients FREE Parking in the two spaces in the courtyard directly outside the salon. No more paying for car parks, bad hair days or an embarrassing rendezvous without any make-up on!

Salon Etiquette

We want you to enjoy your experience at our salon; in fact we want it to be the best. For your convenience, disposable underwear is provided for tanning and waxing treatments. Please do not worry if you are unfamiliar with any of our treatments, we are highly experienced and are trained to consider client modesty and ensure you are comfortable at all times.

At Your Service

As part of your complete experience we will gladly recommend a skincare routine and be on hand to offer expert advice to enable you to continue your treatment benefits at home.

A selection of complimentary refreshments, up-to-date reading material and product testers are available at reception so please feel free to help yourself.
